Position Overview
We are currently hiring Dog Walkers and Overnight Pet Sitters to join our growing team. This role involves providing structured, solo care for pets through scheduled visits and overnight stays in clients’ homes.

This position is ideal for responsible, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, spending time outdoors, and building relationships with pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dog walking services (15–60 minute visits) and in-home pet care
Complete overnight stays (approximately 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) as needed
Follow detailed care instructions for each pet, including feeding, medications, and routines
Practice safe leash handling and remain aware of surroundings at all times
Monitor pet behavior and report any concerns promptly
Send thorough visit updates, photos, and notes through our app
Maintain cleanliness in clients’ homes (food prep areas, litter boxes, etc.)
Ensure secure home entry/exit and respect client property at all times

Scheduling & Availability

Midday availability (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) is highly preferred
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a strong plus
Overnight availability for pet sitting assignments (7 PM – 7 AM)
Flexible scheduling within assigned visits, but reliability is essential

Compensation

Paid per completed visit and overnight stay ($18–$28/hour equivalent based on visit type, schedule, and availability)
Opportunities to increase earnings based on availability, performance, and consistency

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible
Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments and a basic knowledge of dog body language
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
Excellent communication and professionalism
Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
Prior pet care experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk multiple dogs and be active for extended periods
Comfortable walking in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow)
Ability to handle energetic or strong dogs when necessary
